My Approach:Â Informed by Science & Lived Experience

My practice operates under a strict trauma-informed and addiction-informed framework. This means every strategy, conversation, and goal we set is built on a deep physiological and psychological understanding of how stress, trauma, and dependency affect the brain and human behavior. We will work together to understand the self limiting beliefs that hold you back from achieving quality of life and your goals.Â
This framework is not built on courses or textbook theories alone. It is forged from years of dedicated personal research, combined with the irreplaceable insights of my own personal lived experiences with trauma, addiction recovery and burn out.
I integrate my own experience and self learned tools regarding how I managed to change my life around for the better.
I offer a space that coincides rigorous clinical-level accountability with deep compassion, empathy and understanding—ensuring you feel completely safe, heard, and validated without judgment.

   Please Note:  Â

While I am a fully qualified and registered practitioner with the NMC, the services provided through this website are strictly coaching, mentoring, advocacy, and educational in nature. They do not constitute clinical nursing care, psychiatric therapy or medical diagnoses. I will never tell you what to do. Your decisions are
your own responsibility. I will however, gently guide you in understanding your inner world. This often increases self awareness and allows you to recognise
autonomous decision making.
If you are experiencing an acute mental health crisis or require clinical medical treatment, I will gladly help signpost you to the appropriate crisis team, NHS or emergency services. I may decline my services if it is obvious there are
safeguarding risks.
